New Guidance Clarifies Facility Clearance Eligibility Determination Requirements for Joint Ventures

Bass Berry & Sims – On October 5, the Information Security Oversight Office has issued a joint notice with the SBA and in coordination with DOD clarifying that the Cognizant Security Agency is responsible for determining which entities are required to hold a Facility Clearance.
