AECOM Pays $11.8 Million for Allegations of Inflated Requests for Hurricane Katrina Recovery Funds

Department of Justice – Architecture and engineering firm AECOM has agreed to a payment of $11.8 million to resolve allegations it submitted false claims to the Federal Emergency Management Agency for the replacement of Louisiana educational facilities damaged in 2005 by Hurricane Katrina.
