Supreme Court Tentatively Allows Federal Government to Contact Social Media Platforms

Nextgov/FCW – Pending its own hearing of the case, the Supreme Court has suspended restrictions imposed by the lower courts which prevented federal officials from contacting social media companies about possible misinformation published on their services.
