Proposed Rule Would Adopt SBA Regs on Size and Status Protests

A proposed rule would amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation to implement regulatory changes made by the Small Business Administration to update and clarify requirements associated with size and/or socioeconomic status protests in connection with multiple-award contract set-asides and reserves and orders placed under multiple-award contracts.
