Final Rule Amends FAR to Reflect Changes to SBA’s 8(a) Program

DoD, GSA, and NASA are issuing a final rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation to implement regulatory changes made by the Small Business Administration to update and clarify requirements associated with the 8(a) program.
