DOJ Signals Continued Enforcement of Cybersecurity Obligations for Government Contractors

Morgan Lewis – In a recent $4 million settlement of FCA allegations, the DOJ noted that its Civil Cyber-Fraud Initiative will continue to pursue knowing cybersecurity-related violations, but contractors who cooperate and make proactive disclosures will receive credit in settlement negotiations.
