Interim Rule Limits Funding for Educational Entities Hosting China-Funded Programming

A new interim rule amends the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to limit funds provided to an institution of higher education that hosts a Confucius Institute, defined as a cultural institute directly or indirectly funded by the government of the People’s Republic of China.
