DoD Asks Congress to Expand Cyber Excepted Service Five-Fold

The Department of Defense is close to maxing out the number of individuals Congress authorized it to recruit and hire under the Cyber Excepted Service program, and is asking lawmakers to expand its hiring authority from 15,000 to 75,000 employees.
