Final Rule – Exemption of Certain Contracts from the Periodic Inflation Adjustments to the Acquisition-Related Thresholds

The FAR Council has issued a final rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to implement a section of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2022 that provides a statutory exception to the periodic inflation adjustments of acquisition-related thresholds for certain bond requirements.
