President Biden Signs “Protecting American Intellectual Property Act of 2022” Into Law

Fish & Richardson – The law requires the President to send to Congress within 180 days a list identifying any “foreign person” the President determines has engaged in, supported, or benefited from significant theft of trade secrets of “United States persons” (businesses or people), which could be a significant threat to the national security, foreign policy, economic health, or financial stability of the United States.
