Arent Fox Schiff – The Federal Trade Commission recently announced revised jurisdictional and filing fee thresholds for the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act. These include annual revisions to filing thresholds and a new six-tier filing fee structure that will fund heightened antitrust enforcement by dramatically increasing filing fees for large transactions.
