DFARS Proposed Rule – Defense Commercial Solutions Opening

DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to implement a section of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2022 that authorizes DoD to acquire innovative commercial products and commercial services using general solicitation competitive procedures, as well as a section of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023 that makes an amendment to that authority.
