Foley & Lardner – The Small Business Administration published a Final Rule, requiring all Veteran-Owned Small Business Concerns (VOSBs) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Concerns (SDVOSBs) to obtain SBA certification of their size status to participate in sole source or set-aside contracts on or after January 1, 2023.
