CISA’s Cyber Defense Programs Get Funding Boosts from Omnibus Spending Bill

The fiscal 2023 omnibus spending agreement passed in the final days of the 117th Congress includes $2.9 billion for CISA, including $1.3 billion for its cybersecurity programs, which accounts for a majority of the roughly $300 million increase over last year.
