Pain Clinic to Pay $1 Million for Controlled Substances, False Claims Allegations

Physician Kenneth Barngrover and his practice Southeast Regional Pain Center of Georgia have agreed to a $1 million civil penalty to resolve allegations that they violated both the Controlled Substances Act and the False Claims Act.
