FAR Final Rule – Update of HUBZone Program

The FAR Council has issued a final rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation to implement changes to the Small Business Administration’s regulations for the Historically Underutilized Business Zone Program to reflect current policies, eliminate ambiguities, and reduce burdens on small businesses and procuring agencies.
