FAR Final Rule – Certification of Women-Owned Small Businesses

The FAR Council has issued a final rule implementing a rule published by the Small Business Administration requiring women-owned small businesses and economically-disadvantaged women-owned small businesses to to be certified by the SBA or an SBA-approved third-party certifier.
