Navy Tech Leaders Propose More Frequent Security Testing to Identify Greatest Weaknesses

An extended experiment conducted by Navy CIO Aaron Weiss and Naval Postgraduate School command information officer Scott Bischoff demonstrates that the Defense Department's current checklist-focused approach to security testing is inadequate, and they are trying to persuade the rest of the Navy and the DoD overall to adopt their approach.
