Three Florida Pharmacies to Pay $820,000 for Allegedly Fraudulent Prescriptions

Habana Hospital Pharmacy, Longevity Drugs, and Forest Hill Pharmacy of Florida have agreed to pay more than $830,000 to resolve allegations that they billed federal health care programs for unlawfully prescribed medications, through the fraudulent use of collaborative pharmacy practice agreements.
