Sleep Diagnosis Outfit to Pay Nearly $4 Million to Resolve Alleged Kickbacks, Bills for Redundant Testing

Snap Diagnostics LLC, its founder Gil Raviv, and its vice president Stephen Burton have agreed to a combined settlement of $3.925 million to resolve allegations that they billed federal health programs for unnecessary home sleep testing, and paid kickbacks for referral of patients to the clinic.
