Sixteen Charged in $4.2 Million Hospice Fraud Case in California

Fourteen individuals have been arrested on charges related to a scheme in which two healthcare providers stole more than $4.2 million from Medicare and the state of California, by fraudulently enrolling patients who were not terminally ill in hospice programs.
