Senators Encourage SEC to Require Cybersecurity Reporting

A bipartisan handful of senators have written a letter to the SEC urging them to increase transparency requirements for companies through mandatory cybersecurity reporting, with rules formulated in consultation with the National Cyber Director, who was also sent a copy.
