Treasury Expands Allowable Use of American Rescue Plan Funds to Cyber

The relaxation of a Treasury Department rule allows state and local governments that receive some of the $350 billion offered by the American Rescue Plan to more easily spend that money on cybersecurity upgrades and broadband construction.
