DFARS Proposed Rule – Requirement for Firms Used To Support DoD Audits
DoD has proposed to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement, requiring accounting firms that provide financial statement auditing or audit remediation services to provide DoD a statement with details of any disciplinary proceedings with respect to the accounting firm or its associated persons.
