Final Rule: Scope of Review by Procurement Center Representatives

The FAR Council has issued a final rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation to implement section 1811 of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2017 to provide procurement center representatives with the discretion to review any acquisition.
