Department of Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm plans to add first responder capabilities to the department's Office of Cybersecurity, Energy Security and Emergency Response (CESER), and has requested a budget with a $189 million increase in cybersecurity spending over 2021, for a total of $642 million.
