Incyte Pays $12.6 Million to Settle Kickback Claims

Delaware pharmaceutical company Incyte Corporation has agreed to pay $12.6 million to resolve allegations that it has used an independent foundation as a conduit to pay the copays of federal beneficiaries taking Incyte’s drug Jakafi, since the drug was approved in 2011 to treat myleofibrosis.
