The FBI, DHS, and CISA have released technical details on the Russian hacking groups behind the SolarWinds attack – known variously as Advanced Persistent Threat 29, the Dukes, CozyBear, Yttrium, and other names – which are connected to Russian's Foreign Intelligence Service (Sluzhba Vneshney Razvedki) or SVR.
