Washington State Senate Approves Office of Cybersecurity

In response to last month's Accellion security breach, which exposed information from 1.6 million unemployment claims, the Washington state Senate has unanimously passed a bill to create a state Office of Cybersecurity within the Office of the Chief Information Officer.
