Raytheon Pays over $500,000 for Passing Romanian-Made Merchandise as Domestic

Raytheon Technologies Corporation and its subsidiary Hamilton Sundstrand Corporation have agreed to pay $515,625 to resolve allegations that they fraudulently sold various foreign-sourced goods to the government under contracts containing domestic-preference requirements.
