“P-Stim” Providers Pay $1.72M to Resolve FCA Claims

Three doctors who own Tennessee healthcare practices have agreed to pay the state and federal governments a total of $1.72 million to resolve liability for allegedly billing improperly for a device known as “P-Stim” that does not qualify for reimbursement under Medicare or TennCare.
