SBA Issues Wide-Ranging Final Rule Addressing Government Contracting Programs

Morrison & Foerster – The Small Business Administration (SBA) today issued a significant final rule addressing numerous issues of interest to Federal contractors.  With one exception, the rule will take effect on November 16, 2020.  We anticipate addressing the more important changes in greater detail in the coming days, but the following is a non-exhaustive list of what we consider the highlights of the 54-page rule.
