It’s On Legal Departments to Lead in CCPA, GDPR Data Subject Access Requests

A new survey indicates that 41 percent of in-house legal departments oversee how their companies respond to data subject access requests, while 16 percent of respondents said their corporate privacy function does, and 14 percent said the compliance function does.
