Business at OECD and the International Organization of Employers have published a new guide, “Connecting the Anti-Corruption and Human Rights Agendas: A Guide for Business and Employers’ Organizations.” Meanwhile, several jurisdictions are introducing new regulations on human rights due diligence, which puts a spotlight on human rights compliance and causes companies to rethink their compliance and sustainability functions.
