NDAA Process Is Now Loaded with Solarium Cyber Amendments

Although many recommendations from the Cyberspace Solarium Commission require action by the executive branch, state and local governments, and/or the private sector, much of its agenda is being pushed into this year's National Defense Authorization Act, including its key recommendation of establishing a national cyber director.
