Second Supply Chain Risk Management Rule Drops Putting Agencies, Vendors on Notice

Effective August 13, a new rule from the Federal Acquisition Regulatory Council will prohibit agencies from buying products or services from prime contractors that use technology from Huawei, ZTE, or other prohibited Chinese companies.
