DFARS Final Rule – Notification of Anticipated Contract Termination or Reduction
The Department of Defense has issued a final rule amending DFARS 249.70 and 252.249-7002 to (1) conform the clauses' text to the current DFARS convention regarding the use of dollar thresholds in contract clauses, and (2) remove text that is no longer needed to implement the underlying statutory language.
