The US Further Restricts Exports to China, Russia and Venezuela—Including Many Commercial Electronics Items and Software

The Commerce Department's Bureau of Industry and Security has announced three rules under the Export Administration Regulations that will make it harder to export, reexport, and transfer goods, software, and technology within certain countries, including China.
