Repurposing Existing Federal Financial Assistance Programs and Awards to Support the Emergency Response to the Novel Coronavirus

The Office of Management and Budget has released a memo that directs all federal agencies to marshal all legally available federal resources to combat the coronavirus crisis. As part of this, OMB has issued a class exception that allows federal awarding agencies to repurpose federal assistance awards to support the virus response.
