DoD Memorandum on Determining and Making Commercial Item Procurements to Respond to COVID-19

Most the supplies and services required by DoD to response to COVID-19 will be urgent commercial item procurements. Accordingly, the Defense Contract Management Agency Commercial Item Group has prepared a list of items that may be procured in response to COVID-19 that meet the definition of a commercial item in the FAR.
