European Power Grid Organization Says its IT Network Was Hacked

The European Network of Transmission System Operators for Electricity, whose members include large electric transmission operators across the continent, and ensures coordination of European electricity markets, said Monday that its IT network had been compromised in a “cyber intrusion.” The compromised office network was reportedly limited to business functions, not operations or critical control systems.
