Cyber Incidents at the Labor Dept. Were Poorly Reported

The Department of Labor's annual inspector general review of the department's cybersecurity environment found that DOL didn’t properly report cybersecurity incidents containing Personally Identifiable Information to the federal Computer Emergency Readiness Team, and found several instances where databases containing PII did not have encryption capabilities enabled.
