The World Bank has debarred Portuguese engineering services company PROCESL Engenharia Hidráulica e Ambiental and its three subsidiaries, for 12 months, for fraudulent and obstructive practices involving an $88 million project in Brazil to strengthen the technical capacity of the Municipality of Santos in local economic development.
