Cognizant Exec Hit With Another SEC Enforcement Action

Mike Koehler notes that about 90% of SEC corporate FCPA enforcement actions in recent years have lacked any related charges against company employees, and thus finds it unusual that the February 2019 enforcement action against Cognizant Technology Solutions has now resulted in three individual enforcement actions, the latest being former COO Sridhar Thiruvengadam.
