Federal CISO Pledges Support to Feds on Improving Cybersecurity

Speaking during the Billington Cybersecurity Summit in Washington, D.C., federal CISO Grant Schneider said that the Office of Management and Budget has sought to establish a ground floor of expectations for agencies on cybersecurity, and that OMB is overhauling its CyberStat sessions, the government’s process for reviewing the cyber environment at civilian agencies.
