Report: Pentagon Should Assume U.S. Satellites Are Already Hacked

Researchers at a London-based think tank warn that the satellite infrastructure that western military forces depend on – to guide weapons, gather intelligence, and coordinate operations around the globe – has security gaps that threaten to disable or even compromise those functions.
