Perspecta Protests Elimination from DoD’s $6.5B Telecom Contract

The Defense Department eliminated Perspecta from the competitive range for a potential 10-year, $6.5 billion contract to support its information and telecommunications network, and now Perspecta is telling GAO that the agency should have given its proposal more consideration.
