Mastercard and Microsoft are joining Workday and 11 federal agencies in the Cybersecurity Talent Initiative, a program to fill hundreds of thousands of open cybersecurity jobs by offering graduating college students a permanent position and up to $75,000 in student loan repayment, after they serve two years in a security role at the FBI, CIA or another agency.
