ICC Publishes New Guidelines on Conflicts of Interest in Enterprises

The International Chamber of Commerce has issued the ICC Guidelines on Conflicts of interest in Enterprises, a "practical tool" to help organizations monitor and regulate conflicts of interest – actual, potential, and perceived – of their executives and staff, and make sure they don't take advantage of conflicts of interest of others.
