Request that GAO recommend the reimbursement of protesters’ costs is granted, where the agency’s source selection decision contained no discussion of price and where the agency did not take corrective action to address the protests until late in the process, after the protesters had filed comments, supplemental protests, and comments on the agency responses prepared in answer to the supplemental protest issues.
